Can you really do any location in the world?
Yes. Any address, city, town, village or set of coordinates on earth, for both the map prints and the aerial photos. Constellation maps work anywhere too, for any date.

Can I add names, dates or a message?
Yes. Every print in this collection includes a custom title, the location or date, and a short dedication line of your choosing.

What sizes do they come in?
From A4 (21×29.7 cm) up to 70×100 cm on the custom map and aerial prints, including square formats, and up to A0 (84.1×118.9 cm) on the constellation maps. Every size is listed in centimetres and inches.

Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on prints to the UK, the EU, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders to Asia are charged a flat delivery fee, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?
Each print is made to order at our nearest production partner to your delivery address — an order to Australia is printed in Australia, an order to the US is printed in the US. Allow 2–3 business days for production before dispatch. If you're working to a specific date, message us before ordering and we'll confirm whether it's achievable.

Do they arrive ready to hang?
Framed options arrive ready to hang with a hanging kit included. Unframed prints ship flat so you can frame them yourself.

Can I return a personalised print?
Because each one is made uniquely for you, personalised prints aren't returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us and we'll put it right.
