Questions people ask

What do you need from me?

Your route. Upload the GPX file from Strava, Garmin Connect, Komoot or your watch app, or draw the route on the map in the builder on this page. Then add the event name, your name, and the distance, time and date you'd like printed.

How do I get a GPX file from Strava or Garmin?

In Strava, open the activity on the Strava website, click the three dots and choose Export GPX. In Garmin Connect, open the activity, click the gear icon and choose Export to GPX. Komoot and most other running and cycling apps have a similar export option. No GPX file? Draw the route on the map instead.

Can I see it before I order?

Yes. The builder shows a live preview of your route, map style and caption, and Print detail shows a close-up of the centre of the map at true print sharpness. Take a moment over it, because personalised pieces can't be returned.

Which map styles can I choose?

Three street map styles (Soft Grey, Street Atlas and Night Drive) or real aerial photography in colour or black and white. The route comes in seven colours, as a bold line or a neon glow, with optional start and finish dots.

What sizes are available?

From A4 (21×29.7 cm) up to 70×100 cm, including square sizes. Not every size comes in every frame. Every size is listed in both centimetres and inches in the options above.

How long does it take?

Each piece is made to order at our nearest production partner to your delivery address. Allow 2-3 business days for production before dispatch. If it's for a specific occasion, message us before ordering and we'll confirm whether the date is achievable.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free to the UK, the EU, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders to Asia are charged a flat delivery fee, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I return it?

Personalised pieces are made to your specification, so they can't be returned or exchanged. That said, if yours arrives damaged or there's a fault in the printing, message us and we'll put it right.
