No. The Hue Map gift cards never expire, so there's no rush to spend them.
What can the gift card be spent on?
Anything on thehuemap.com: watercolour world maps, city and travel prints, kids' maps and nursery art, art prints, custom city maps, constellation maps, framed prints, stationery and apparel. It can't be used on our Etsy shop.
How much can I put on a gift card?
Any whole amount from £10 to £150, then in £5 steps up to £500. Quick picks are matched to popular prints: £20 for an A4 print, £35 for an A2 print, £55 for an A0 print, £80 for an A2 wood frame, £130 for an A1 wood frame and £200 for a 70×100 cm wood frame.
Can I keep the amount a surprise?
Yes. Tick 'Keep the amount a surprise' before adding the gift card to your basket. The gift card email and printable certificate then leave the value off, and the recipient can reveal the balance on their gift card page whenever they like. The full balance is applied automatically at checkout.
Does the balance have to be spent in one go?
No. Whatever isn't used stays on the card for next time, and the remaining balance is shown at checkout and on the gift card page.
Can the gift card be printed?
Yes. The gift card page is designed as a certificate, with a print button, so it can be printed at home and tucked into a card.
Can the gift card be used towards delivery?
Yes. It applies to the whole order total, including any delivery charge. Prints and apparel ship free to the UK, EU, US and Australia.
Which currency is the gift card in?
Gift cards are issued in pounds sterling (GBP). If the recipient shops in another currency, the balance is converted at checkout at the current rate.
Can a gift card be exchanged for cash?
No. Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash, but they can be combined with other payment methods if the order costs more than the balance.
