Which map for which child?

For a new baby or nursery — choose something soft and calm. The Pastel World Map or the Illustrated World Map suit gentle colour schemes, and a Personalised Constellation Map showing the night sky on the day they were born makes a keepsake they'll keep for life.

For toddlers and young children (around 3–7) — bright colours and big, friendly animals. The World Map for Kids has a map legend, country labels and animals on every continent, so it grows from "point at the elephant" into real map reading. The Kids World Map is a softer alternative with the same idea.

For older kids and space fans (around 6+) — the Map of the Universe journeys from the planets of our solar system out to the Milky Way, nebulae and a black hole, with a "You are here" marker. The Political World Map shows real country borders and names for school projects and homework.

Questions people ask

What age are these maps for?
Nursery designs work from birth; the bright World Map for Kids suits roughly ages 3–7; the Map of the Universe and Political World Map suit ages 6 and up. All of them work in family rooms too.

Are the maps accurate enough to learn from?
Yes. Continents, oceans and labelled countries are correct, animals are shown on the continents where they actually live, and the Map of the Universe shows the planets in the right order with the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter.

Are they safe for a nursery?
Framed options come with a hanging kit. For cots and changing areas, we recommend hanging prints securely and out of reach, as with any wall art.

What sizes are available?
From A4 up to A0, in landscape. For above a cot or bed, 70×50 cm or A2 works well; for a playroom or classroom wall, go large with A1 or 100×70 cm.

Can I get one framed?
Yes — black metal, or white, natural, dark or black wood. Framed prints arrive ready to hang; unframed prints ship flat.

Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on prints to the UK, the EU, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders to Asia are charged a flat fee shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Each print is made to order at our nearest production partner to your delivery address, so shipping stays short. Allow 2–3 business days for production. If you need it for a birthday or baby shower, message us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time.
