Personalised Christmas Gift Ideas 2026: Maps of the Places That Matter

Every year there's at least one person who's impossible to buy for. They don't need more things, but they do have places that mean something to them: a hometown, a first home, a city they fell in love with. A personalised map turns one of those places into a gift they'll actually keep on the wall.

Here's who each of our favourites is for.

For your partner: a star map of your special night

A midnight star map shows the sky exactly as it was on a night that matters to you both, whether that's your first date, your engagement or your wedding. Add a line of your own underneath. Prefer a lighter look? Choose the Classic edition.

For parents and grandparents: an aerial view of home

A custom aerial photo print of the family home, the farm they grew up on or a favourite holiday spot is the kind of gift that gets a genuine reaction on Christmas morning.

For new homeowners: a map of their new neighbourhood
