Are the stars accurate for my date and place?

Yes. The chart is generated from real astronomical data for the exact location and date you enter.

What is the difference between Classic and Dark?

Classic sets the star disc on a light background for a bright, minimalist look. The Dark edition is a deep night-sky design for a moodier, more dramatic feel. Same data, same personalisation, so choose by your room.

Can I add names and a message?

Yes. Every map includes a custom title, the location and date, and a short dedication line.

Can I choose a date in the past?

Yes. Any past date works, which is what makes it a keepsake for birthdays, anniversaries and remembrance.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free on prints to the UK, the EU, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders to Asia are charged a flat delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Your print is made to order at our nearest production partner to your delivery address, so shipping stays short wherever you are. Allow 2-3 business days for production before dispatch.

Does it arrive ready to hang?

Framed options arrive ready to hang with a hanging kit. Unframed prints ship flat.

Can I return a personalised star map?

Personalised and custom prints are made uniquely for you, so they are not returnable unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us and we will put it right.
