These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Hue Map website (the "Service") operated by The Hue Map Ltd. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
1.2. Account: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.
2. Products and Services
2.1. Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products, including prints, stationery and apparel. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and print processes.
2.2. Pricing: All prices are displayed in the currency of your region and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
2.3. Print on Demand: Our products are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner, Gelato. Production typically takes 2–3 business days before dispatch.
3. Ordering and Payments
3.1. Orders: By placing an order through our Service, you are making an offer to purchase the products in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3.2. Payment: We use secure third-party payment processors for all transactions. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
3.3. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Delivery: We offer free delivery on many orders to a wide range of destinations. However, shipping costs may apply depending on your location and the products ordered. The applicable shipping cost, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. 4.2. Customs and Import Taxes: For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in your order total.
4.3. Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility, process, and exceptions. As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on personalised or custom items.

6.1. Ownership: All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs and software, is the property of The Hue Map Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
