Questions people ask

What do you need from me?

For a custom city map, the place or address you want at the centre. For an aerial print, the location you'd like photographed from above. For a constellation map, the date, time and place of the night you want drawn. You enter these in the builder on this page.

Can I see it before I order?

Yes. The builder shows a live preview as you type, so what you see is what gets printed. Take a moment over it, because personalised pieces can't be returned.

What sizes are available?

From A4 up to 70x100 cm, with every size listed in both centimetres and inches in the options above.

How long does it take?

Each piece is made to order at our nearest production partner to your delivery address. Allow 2-3 business days for production before dispatch. If it's for a specific occasion, message us before ordering and we'll confirm whether the date is achievable.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free to the UK, the EU, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders to Asia are charged a flat delivery fee, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I return it?

Personalised pieces are made to your specification, so they can't be returned or exchanged. That said, if yours arrives damaged or there's a fault in the printing, message us and we'll put it right.
