Free Shipping

Thank you for shopping with The Hue Map. Most of our orders ship free — here's exactly how it works:

  • Prints and apparel — free delivery to the United Kingdom, the EU, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders to Asia are charged a flat delivery fee.
  • Notebooks and journals — free delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery to other destinations is charged.

Any delivery cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so there are never any surprises.

Order Processing Time

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Once processed, your order is shipped from the closest fulfilment hub to your delivery address.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the UK, the EU, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore. If your location isn't included, please contact us for alternative arrangements.

Shipping Hubs

  • To ensure timely delivery, we operate multiple fulfilment hubs strategically located to serve our customers efficiently.
  • Your order is dispatched from the hub closest to your shipping address, optimising delivery times and reducing environmental impact. An order to Australia is printed in Australia; an order to the United States is printed in the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your location, the size of your order and the fulfilment hub handling it.
  • Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • International orders may take longer. Because times vary by destination and courier, we don't quote a single guaranteed window.
  • If you need your order by a particular date, please message us before ordering at info@thehuemap.com and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can track your order's progress through the designated courier's online portal.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • Because we produce locally in most regions, customs charges are uncommon. Where they do apply, any duties or import taxes are set by your country and are your responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processes.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • In the rare event that your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@thehuemap.com and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure successful delivery. Customers are responsible for any delay or problem during shipping due to an error in the address.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
